Aleesha has been able to establish herself as the best female bodybuilder in the second part of the year. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family in 1984. They also had siblings who played games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha's pro card was earned following her win at the NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she placed 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha placed 6th in both of 2015 and 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. Fourth place was her top finish. The "World's most powerful mother" was able to take a break from bodybuilding due to health reasons.
